A Bad Breath Natural Remedy Can Include A Number of Things...

Bad breath, or Halitosis, can ruin a first impression. It definitely doesn't help your self-esteem. When searching for a bad breath natural remedy, learn the reason WHY you have bad breath. Is it simply something you ate or is it an ongoing problem? Is it accompanied by indigestion? These are the questions you need to ask yourself.

Various mouth and upper digestive tract disorders can cause bad breath. This can include gingivitis and indigestion. Colds, sinusitis, sore throat and metabolic disorders such as diabetes may be the source of bad breath as well. Smoking, drugs and fasting are included in the causes of foul breath.

A quick bad breath natural remedy would be cloves. Cloves increase circulation as well as stimulates and disinfects the kidneys, skin, liver and bronchial mucous membraine.

Simply carry cloves and chew on them as needed.

In more serious cases, cleansing the body (internally) may be needed to eliminate bad breath. Cayenne pepper can aid in that. Cayenne is a great food for the circulatory system. Also, when your mouth gets loaded with sticky mucus, blood has a harder time circulating. Cayenne regulates the flow of blood.

To Use Cayenne:

*Start with 1/4 teaspoon three(3) times daily. After three(3) days increase to 1/2 teaspoon three(3) times daily, then add 1/4 teaspoon each day thereafter until the minimum recommended dosage of 1 teaspoon three(3) times daily is reached.

That may sound like a lot of cayenne but your body gets used to it and it's not as bad as you may think! This is just a great way to cleanse your body. Continue at 1 teaspoon three(3) times daily for 7-10 days.

If you absolutely cannot stand the thought of putting cayenne pepper in your mouth, add it to water and drink it. Some people I know add it to peanut butter and then eat it. There are capsules available but I have found that this method isn't as effective as using the powder. Also, it's my experience that the grocery store cayenne pepper pales in comparison to quality cayenne pepper from a natural food store or other trustworthy source. Just find a way that works and soon your bad breath will be a thing of the past!

A bad breath natural remedy can include homeopathic components as well.
